Whether you're looking for a long weekend escape, a mid-week break, or a full two-week adventure, we're here to work with you. Want to arrive on a Tuesday and leave on a Saturday? No problem! We're all about making your holiday fit your schedule.
Seamless Arrival and Departure:
Once your booking is confirmed and full payment received, you can relax knowing that all the necessary information is on its way. Our detailed travel and key collection instructions will be emailed directly to you, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival. This allows you to focus on the fun part – anticipating your well-deserved break!
A Few Simple House Rules for a Comfortable Stay:
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have a few simple house rules to keep in mind:
Check-in: From/After 4:00 PM
Check-out: On or before 10:00 AM
Minimum Stay: 4 nights

Securing Your Stay: Booking and Payment Information
We're thrilled you're considering booking with us! To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process, here's a breakdown of the key information you need to know before confirming your reservation:
Securing Your Booking & Payment Schedule:
- Reservation Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen dates.
- Balance/Final Payment: The remaining balance of your rental fee is due 8 weeks (56 days) before your arrival date.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security/damage deposit of £200 is also due 8 weeks before your arrival. This deposit covers any accidental damage that may occur during your stay. It will be refunded to you within 3/5 working days of your departure, subject to an inspection of the property to ensure it is in good order.
