Securing Your Stay: Booking and Payment Information
We're thrilled you're considering booking with us! To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process, here's a breakdown of the key information you need to know before confirming your reservation:
Securing Your Booking & Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen dates.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance of your rental fee is due 8 weeks (56 days) before your arrival date.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security/damage deposit of £200 is also due 8 weeks before your arrival. This deposit covers any accidental damage that may occur during your stay. It will be refunded to you within 5 working days of your departure, subject to an inspection of the property to ensure it is in good order.
Payment Options:
We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs:
- Direct Bank Transfer: A straightforward and secure method for transferring funds.
- Credit/Debit Card via PayPal: Accepts all major credit and debit cards via the secure PayPal platform.
- International Payments via TransferWise: For our international guests, we accept payments in Euros and other currencies through TransferWise. TransferWise offers easy, low-fee international payments by credit card or bank transfer, ensuring you get the best exchange rates.
Important Booking Policies:
- Reservation Deposits: Please note that reservation deposits are non-refundable.
- Amendments: Any alterations to travel dates or other amendments to your booking will incur a £30 administration fee.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 56 days (8 weeks) before your arrival date will unfortunately forfeit the full rental fee. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate cancellation.
