We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want; we aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration of stay and arrival/departure dates.
Change over day: Flexible, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

To secure your booking a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining amount due 8 weeks before the arrival date together with a refundable security/damage deposit of £200 again which will be refunded within 5 working days of departure, subject to inspection of the property.
Payment is by direct bank transfer or credit/debit card by PayPal. We can accept payment in Euros and other currencies using TransferWise, which offers easy, low fee international payments by credit card or bank transfer.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable, alterations to travel dates or any other amendments to the booking a £30 admin fee will be chargeable. Cancellations less than 56 days (8 weeks) before the arrival date unfortunately forfeit the full rental fee. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to guard against this eventuality.
Rental Charges are inclusive of Electricity/Gas, Water and Wi-Fi internet
